Description

A light to gently mid-weighted wine bristling with such intent that one can almost whiff the minerals on the nose, from spa salts, chalk, iodine and something smooth and slatey.

Aromas of nashi pear, quince, citrus blossom and kaffir lime, with a juicy spurt of apple granita across the strident finish. Finishes with an emphatic pucker, suggesting that there is plenty in store for mid to longer term cellaring. Drinkable now, but best from 2025. From organically grown grapes.
