A soft shade of pink, with reflections that veer towards salmon with slight variations perceivable each vintage, due to the different degree of ripeness of the pinot noir grapes

Very elegant with a beautiful light pink color. 65% Pinot Nero, 35% Chardonnay. Grapes fermented separately and then blended before bottling. The wine is very smooth and in total balance. It has a creamy texture and a long finish. You get notes of strawberry and other red fruits and also delicate red flowers. It has great acidity. Drink now or in the next 4 years. This is clearly a winner and wonderful value.
