Description
The best grapes are fermented on the skins for 10 days.The wine then matures in oak barrels for around 24 months and ends in the bottle with 6 months.It has a garnet red color and a bouquet of red flowers, sour cherries and delicate spicy notes.The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.Goes well with game, braised or roasted meat.
